The Half Rack with Smith Machine and High Low Pulley by Muscle Motion feature allows for training with free weights such as barbells and gym benches. The J-hooks and spotters provide safety, ease of use and can be adjusted to 15 different heights. This machine also includes 4 weight plate storage pegs and two olympic barbell holders for added convenience.
