TERMS OF SALE

When you place an order with Gym Direct, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us.

Once your order is placed, all details are considered final. Please make sure you check your ordered items and delivery address are correct as these cannot be changed after the order is printed or packed. If the shipping details you have provided are incorrect and you need your order redirected you will be charged with the re-delivery fee.

Please note that sales and promotions may not include all products and brands that are shown in promotional/marketing material.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.


PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK 

On occasions an item you purchase may be out of stock. If this product is set to be restocked we will contact you with 2 options, to either place the whole order on back-order until all goods arrive or to send out the items in stock first followed by the items on back-order. If the product will not be restocked we will contact you to work out the best solution, a full refund on that item or a store credit.

How Does Shipping Work If I Live in an Apartment?

Gym Direct uses third-party freight services, which have their own delivery terms including Direct Freight, Capital Transport, Australia Post, Allied Express and Mainfreight. For apartment complexes, deliveries are typically made to the concierge, lobby, or communal area. If you require delivery directly to your door, additional fees may apply depending on factors like stairs, elevator access, and building restrictions. Once your order is on its way, it’s in good hands! While we don’t handle the delivery directly, we’re always here to assist if you need any help along the way.         '18th Birthday Bash: Sweat, Celebrate and Save' March 2023: Terms and Conditions

        The winner(s) must provide a valid email address for communication purposes, and the use of fake, duplicated, or spam email addresses for entry into the competition is strictly prohibited. Gym Direct reserves the right to revoke any prizes at its discretion if the winner violates any of the terms and conditions of the giveaway.

        The prizes are awarded to winners on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Customer must take a screenshot of their winning code as proof to claim their prize. Each item has a limit of one winner. If a customer has already won an item, they are no longer eligible to win the same item in subsequent drawings unless otherwise stated.

        $50 Gift Voucher:

        1. Only one winner per day is eligible to receive the gift voucher.
        2. To be eligible for the gift voucher, the customer must make a minimum purchase of $300, excluding shipping costs.
        3. The gift voucher can be used only once by the winner.
        4. The gift voucher is valid for a period of three (3) months from the date of issue and must be redeemed within this timeframe.
        5. The company will email the gift voucher directly to the winner's email address provided at the time of purchase.

        Discount/Coupon Codes:

        1. Only one winner per discount/coupon code is eligble.
        2. Upon spinning the wheel, the customer will receive the promo code instantly.

        Resistance Bands / Shaker Bottle:

        1. Only one winner per day is eligible to receive the prize.

        Big Ticket Prize Giveaway (Multi-gym or equivalent):
