After a catastrophic flood wiped out 95% of Woonona High School’s gym equipment, the school was left without a functional space to support student fitness and wellbeing. Determined to rebuild with purpose, Simon – the school’s Head Teacher of Wellbeing – reached out to Gym Direct, seeking a partner who could deliver a full gym transformation.

From the outset, our team provided a free 1-on-1 onsite consultation to better understand the school’s needs and vision. With this insight, we created a customised 2D and 3D gym layout, allowing Simon and the school to visualise the new space before installation began.

We managed the full process – including the removal of flood-damaged equipment, delivery, and complete installation – ensuring minimal disruption and a smooth turnaround.
