Terms & Conditions: Showroom Clearance

1. Timeframe

  • This promotion runs from 1st to 12th September 2025.

2. Location

  • Gym Direct Showroom: 23-25 Mangrove Lane, Taren Point NSW 2229.

3. Product Availability & Purchase Conditions

  • Clearance items are strictly one of each product only.

  • Products are pick-up only from our Taren Point Showroom.

  • If the dismantling of showroom floor stock is required, an additional fee will apply.

4. Condition of Products

  • All items are floor stock in varying conditions, which may include minor imperfections, markings, and/or aesthetic faults.

  • All products are fully usable.

  • First in, first served — once sold, items will not be restocked.

5. Warranty & Returns

  • No warranty is offered on any showroom clearance products.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on clearance purchases.

6. General Terms

  • Gym Direct reserves the right to verify eligibility, cancel orders, or revoke offers if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is suspected.

  • No rain checks will be provided.

  • Free shipping and cashback offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

  • Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in invalidation of the promotion for the respective order.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are not covered by this promotion and will be charged at standard rates.

  • Delivery can be arranged within the Sydney metro area only. 

8. Rainchecks

  • Rainchecks are not available for this promotion. The offer is valid only while stocks last during the promotional period.

9. Returns & Exchanges

  • Items purchased during this promotion are subject to our standard returns and exchanges policy.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

10. Limitations of Use
