The Muscle Motion GHD1005 is a versatile strength training bench designed to target the back, glutes, legs, and core in one compact station. Built from sturdy steel tubing, it supports a wide range of exercises in both seated and lying positions, making it suitable for back extension work, sit-ups, and lower-body focused training.
Designed for adjustability, the Muscle Motion GHD1005 features 9 height adjustment levels with 5 cm spacing and 9 distance adjustment levels with 2 cm spacing, allowing users to tailor the setup to different body sizes and exercise styles. The adjustable foot holder can be modified in both height and distance from the training surface for a more secure and comfortable fit.
For training comfort and injury reduction, the unit includes thick padding for the knees, shins, calves, and coccyx area. All cushions are covered in durable faux leather, while the 23 cm thick seat/lying cushion and 10 cm thick thigh and shin pads provide support during longer sessions. Ribbed footrests also help improve grip and make mounting the unit easier.
Built for studio or home use, the chair includes drill holes for optional fixed installation and front transport rollers for easier repositioning when needed.
