The ARROW Lifestyle R30 Recumbent Exercise Bike is designed for comfortable, low-impact cardio training with a supportive seated position that helps reduce pressure on the lower back and joints.
Featuring 32 levels of electronic resistance and a 9 kg flywheel, the R30 delivers smooth, adjustable pedalling for everything from gentle recovery sessions to more challenging endurance workouts. The LED five-window console with dot matrix display keeps key workout metrics clearly visible, including time, speed, distance, calories, pulse, RPM and watt output. With 12 built-in programs, plus pulse and watt-controlled training options, users can vary their workouts and track performance more effectively.
