End caps coming loose are not covered under warranty as they do not affect the structural integrity of the rope.
The purpose of the end caps on the rope is to prevent the ends of the rope from fraying.
They are glued on however may dislodge over time if used as grips when using the ropes.
If they do dislodge they can be re-glued or simply tape the end/s of the rope with some heavy duty tape to prevent any possible fraying.
Gripping the battling rope just in front of the end caps will remove any tension from the end caps when in use and they won’t come loose.
