The CORTEX Steel Plyo Box Set 30/45/60cm is a versatile three-piece plyometric training set designed for explosive power, agility, coordination and conditioning workouts.
With three different heights — 30cm, 45cm and 60cm — the set allows users to progressively increase training difficulty across box jumps, step-ups, lateral hops, shuffles and other athletic drills. The different platform heights also make the set suitable for varied ability levels and training programs.
Each box is built from high-quality steel to provide a stable platform during explosive movements. A rubber-based grip helps minimise unwanted movement on the floor, while the slip-resistant top platform improves footing and landing control during high-intensity training.
The boxes are also easy to store when not in use, making them a practical addition to home gyms, functional training spaces, sports performance facilities and commercial fitness environments.
