Our warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase and is applicable solely to the original buyer. The warranty does not extend to instances of misuse, neglect, or abuse of the products, damage resulting from improper storage, damage arising from incorrect assembly, damage caused by the use of inappropriate cleaning products, any alterations made to the original products, or reasonable wear and tear.

HOME GRADE

• Strength: Frame - 12 months (coating excluded), Cable/Pulley - 6 months, Upholstery - 3 months.
• Cardio: Frame – 3 years (coating excluded), Motor – 2 years, Parts – 1 year.
• Labor is not covered.

LIGHT COMMERCIAL

• Strength: Frame - 12 months (coating excluded), Cable/Pulley - 6 months, Upholstery - 3 months.
• Cardio: Frame – 5 years (coating excluded), Motor – 3 years, Parts – 1 year.
• Labor is not covered.
• Warranty is void if home grade items are used for light commercial or commercial purposes.

COMMERCIAL

• Strength: Frame – 10 years (coating excluded), Cable/Pulley/Items not specified - 1 year, Grips/Upholstery - 6 months.
• Cardio: Frame – 5 years (coating excluded), Motor – 3 years, Parts – 2 years.
• Labor is not covered.
• Warranty is void if home grade or light commercial items are used for commercial purposes.
