The Lifespan Fitness Contour Folding Wooden Pilates Reformer Machine – Espresso combines classic timber styling with a practical space-saving design, making it a strong choice for home Pilates training, compact wellness spaces and personal studios.
Built with a premium maple wood frame, the reformer offers a stable platform with a refined studio-inspired appearance. The folding design allows the machine to be reduced to approximately 121 × 65.5 × 37 cm for easier storage after training, helping users make better use of limited floor space.
The Contour features a 5-spring resistance system, including three red hard springs, one green medium spring and one yellow light spring. A two-position adjustable spring platform provides additional resistance options, allowing users to tailor workouts for strength, mobility, flexibility and controlled full-body Pilates exercises.
Commercial-grade rollers with rope guards support smooth carriage movement, while four smooth and quiet movement wheels make repositioning easier. The reformer also includes a Pilates box, jump board and foot strap, creating a complete setup for a wider range of Pilates exercises.
