The Lifespan Fitness Contour Pro Aluminium Pilates Reformer Machine Set – Hepburn is a versatile, professional-style reformer designed for smooth full-body Pilates training in home gyms, studios, and wellness spaces.
Built with a commercial-grade aluminium frame, the Contour Pro combines strength, stability, and a modern premium look. Its adjustable setup allows users to tailor the reformer to a wide range of exercises, making it suitable for beginners through to experienced Pilates users.
The reformer features a 6-spring resistance system with two red hard springs, two green medium springs, and two yellow light springs. A two-position spring platform allows further resistance adjustment, giving users more control over workout intensity for strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance-focused sessions.
With 6 adjustable footbar positions, 5 stopper positions, and 3 headrest positions, the Contour Pro offers extensive setup flexibility. Smooth and quiet movement wheels support controlled carriage travel, while the included Pilates box, jump board, and foot strap expand the range of exercises available.
