Built with a durable aluminium structure, the Contour Pro provides a stable platform for full-body Pilates training while offering a practical folding design for easier storage between sessions. The reformer features a 6-spring resistance system with two red hard springs, two green medium springs, and two yellow light springs. Combined with a two-position spring platform, users can adjust resistance for strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, and controlled rehabilitation-style exercises.
With 6 footbar positions, 5 stopper positions, and 3 headrest positions, the Contour Pro can be adjusted to suit a wide range of users and exercise setups. Four smooth and quiet movement wheels support fluid carriage travel, while the included Pilates box, jump board, and foot strap expand the variety of exercises available.
