The Muscle Motion Valor Adjustable Bench, here's a bench with great looks and design without detracting the functionality and performance of this compact unit. It's a great value bench for a home gym.
The strong sub frame structure is fully welded bar the rear crossbeam. The seat adjusts with a reverse pivot action which keeps the user closer to the ground in incline positions resulting in improved stability. Mobility is made easy by the built in wheels and unobtrusive front handle.

- Seat is adjustable to 4 positions and backrest to 7 positions from 15 degree decline up to 75 degrees upright.
- In built wheels and rubber gripped handle allow for easy mobility.

- Can used as sit up bench when in decline position, 15 degree or 7.5 degree. Leg brace to stabilise your body when work hard on core muscles

Dumbbells
- Pro-Style Dumbbells require maintenance. Loosening of Pro-Style Dumbbells is considered normal wear and therefore not covered under warranty. A limited 1-year warranty applies to the structural integrity
- Rubber Hex dumbbells have a 1-year warranty on the structural integrity only. Coating not warranted.
- Neoprene dumbbells have a 1-year warranty on the structural integrity only. Coating not warranted
- Vinyl dumbbells have a 1-year warranty on the structural integrity only. Coating not warranted.
- Chrome Dumbbells carry a 2 years structural warranty. Coating not warranted.
Cardio Equipment
- Warranty Policy of cardio equipment varies, normally are depicted on the individual advertisement
- We strongly suggest registering the product as soon as receipt of same. Normally a warranty card is included in the box
- To claim warranty, we will guide you through to the manufacturer / importerβs link to make a claim.
- Gym Direct warehouse normally does not hold parts of cardio equipment
