The Morgan Power & Speed Sled is designed to help athletes develop explosive speed, power, and sprint performance through resisted training. Morgan says it is built to hold weight plates of any size and is solidly constructed for pulling with a harness over shorter distances. Its compact design makes it practical for training across different locations, whether in a gym, on a field, or in a conditioning lane.
Finished with a powder-coated steel frame and red painted surface, the sled comes complete with a 3 m strap and deluxe padded harness. Morgan also notes that the carabiner locking system makes it easy to attach and remove the harness, and that the sled is designed for use on grass, concrete, and astro turf.
