The Rapid Motion AB1019 Commercial Adjustable Bench is a heavy-duty, highly versatile training bench designed for strength training in commercial gyms, PT studios and premium home gyms.

Featuring a 12-position adjustable backrest from -10° decline through to 90° upright, the AB1019 supports a wide variety of exercises, including flat and incline presses, shoulder presses, rows and other dumbbell or free-weight movements. The seat also offers 3 adjustment positions from 0° to 20°, helping provide better support and positioning during incline training.

For even greater versatility, the AB1019 is compatible with a range of optional attachments, allowing the bench to be expanded for leg extension/curl and arm isolation exercises.
