The RMC Blitz X Series Commercial Plate Loaded Alternate Biceps Curl is a heavy-duty arm training machine designed to isolate the biceps through a supported preacher-style curling movement.
Its large angled arm pad helps stabilise the upper arms and reduce unnecessary body movement, allowing users to focus more directly on elbow flexion and biceps contraction. Independent left and right lever arms allow each arm to work separately, supporting unilateral training as well as alternating repetitions.
The plate-loaded resistance system provides direct and progressive loading for strength and hypertrophy training, while the ergonomic handles offer a secure grip throughout the curl. Integrated Olympic plate storage pegs help keep weight plates organised around the machine.
