The RMC Blitz X Series Commercial Plate Loaded Alternate Leg Extension is a heavy-duty lower-body strength machine designed to isolate and strengthen the quadriceps through independent leg extension movements.
Its alternating lever-arm design allows each leg to work independently, helping support balanced strength development and giving users the option to train one side at a time or alternate between legs. The plate-loaded resistance system provides direct and progressive loading for strength and hypertrophy-focused training.
A supportive backrest, padded thigh restraint and lower-leg rollers help keep the user stable and comfortable throughout each repetition. Integrated handles provide additional support during heavier sets, while the adjustable leg position allows users to find a more suitable setup for their body size and training preference.
