The RMC R Series RMC-R7P All-in-One Smith Machine, Functional Trainer & Power Rack brings together an integrated Smith Machine, Power Rack and Dual-Cable Functional Trainer in one heavy-duty free-standing system. Designed to maximise training versatility, it provides multiple strength-training functions within a single commercial station.
The integrated Smith Machine provides a guided bar path for controlled barbell movements such as squats, presses and other compound exercises. Combined with the open power rack configuration, the RMC-R7P gives users greater flexibility to incorporate both guided and traditional strength-training movements into their workouts.
For cable training, the RMC-R7P features two independent 90 kg weight stacks and adjustable cable arms. Its Variable Force System allows users to switch between 1:1 and 2:1 resistance ratios. The 1:1 setting provides more direct resistance for heavier strength-focused exercises, while the 2:1 setting provides lighter effective resistance and increased cable travel for controlled, functional and higher-repetition movements.
The independently adjustable swing arms allow the cable position and training angle to be adapted to a broad range of exercises. This makes the machine suitable for unilateral and bilateral movements, isolation exercises, presses, rows, fly movements, pulls, raises and rotational training.
The rack also incorporates a 2-position 0° / 7° adjustment, adding further configuration flexibility to the training platform.
Unlike wall-mounted models within the RMC R Series, the RMC-R7P is a dedicated free-standing system. With aluminium pulleys, dual weight stacks and a substantial 476 kg net machine weight, it provides a stable, versatile platform designed for demanding commercial strength-training environments.
