The RMC Multi-Functional Lunge Machine – Plate Loaded – BLITZ Series is a heavy-duty commercial lower-body strength machine designed to support powerful unilateral training, reverse lunges and glute-focused strength work.
Built for demanding gym environments, the machine uses a plate-loaded resistance system that allows users to progressively increase training load without relying on a fixed weight stack. With a maximum loading capacity of 200 kg per arm, it is suitable for serious strength training and high-performance lower-body programming.
Its multi-functional design provides a guided platform for lunge-based movements, helping users focus on controlled hip and knee extension while training the glutes, quadriceps and hamstrings. The machine is particularly useful for unilateral training, where each side of the lower body can be challenged independently to support balanced strength development.
