The RMC Plate Loaded Chest Press _Blitz X Series is a heavy-duty upper-body strength machine designed to provide a powerful pressing movement for chest, shoulders and triceps training.
Its plate-loaded lever system delivers a direct and controlled pressing path, while the supportive backrest and adjustable seat help users maintain a stable training position throughout each repetition. The machine features independent pressing arms, allowing each side of the body to work through its own movement path for more balanced strength development.
Multiple grip positions provide additional training variety, while the large back pad and ergonomic seat offer support during heavier pressing sets. Integrated Olympic plate storage pegs help keep weight plates organised and within easy reach on the gym floor.
