The RMC Blitz X Series Commercial Plate Loaded Hack Squat is a heavy-duty lower-body strength machine designed for controlled squat training with strong support through the shoulders, back and feet.

Its guided movement system helps maintain a stable squat path, while the large angled foot platform allows users to adjust stance and foot position to suit different training preferences. The machine places strong emphasis on the quadriceps and glutes while also engaging the hamstrings and calves.
