The RMC Blitz X Series Commercial Plate Loaded High Row is a heavy-duty upper-body strength machine designed to target the lats, upper back, rear deltoids and biceps through a powerful high-angle rowing movement.
Its plate-loaded lever system provides a direct resistance feel, while the independent movement arms allow each side of the body to work separately. This supports balanced strength development and gives users the option to train unilaterally or bilaterally.
The high-row movement path combines elements of vertical and horizontal pulling, helping users target the upper lats and mid-back from a strong supported position. Multiple grip options provide additional training variety, while the adjustable seat and thigh pads help keep the user secure throughout each repetition.
