The RMC Blitz X Series Commercial Plate Loaded Super Horizontal Bench Press is a heavy-duty upper-body strength machine designed to deliver a powerful horizontal pressing movement for chest, shoulder and triceps development.
Its plate-loaded lever system provides a direct resistance feel, while the low-profile bench position creates a pressing angle similar to a traditional flat bench press. Independent pressing arms allow each side of the body to move separately, helping support balanced strength development and providing the option for unilateral or bilateral training.
Multiple grip positions give users greater flexibility in hand placement, while the supportive bench and guided lever movement help maintain a stable pressing position throughout each repetition.
