The RMC Blitz X Series Commercial Plate Loaded Seated Low Row is a heavy-duty back training machine designed to develop the lats, mid-back, rear deltoids and biceps through a powerful supported rowing movement.

Its plate-loaded lever system provides a direct resistance feel, while the independent training arms allow each side of the body to work separately. This helps support balanced strength development and gives users the option to train bilaterally or one side at a time.
