The Sole E25 Cross Trainer is a premium home elliptical designed to deliver smooth, low-impact cardio with greater workout variety, enhanced lower-body targeting and modern connectivity.
Featuring 20 levels of resistance and 20 levels of power incline, the E25 allows users to adjust both workout intensity and ramp angle for more varied training. Changing the incline helps shift emphasis across different lower-body muscle groups, while resistance adjustments allow the machine to support everything from steady-state cardio to more demanding conditioning sessions.
A 20 lb flywheel works with the E25’s dual short-track glide rail system to provide smooth, stable movement. Four rear wheels travel along heavy-duty rails to help minimise unwanted side-to-side pedal movement, creating a more controlled and consistent elliptical stride.
The pedals feature a 2-degree inward slope, a design developed in collaboration with a physical therapist to help reduce stress through the ankles and knees during training. Moving handlebars support upper-body involvement, while stationary handlebars include integrated pulse sensors for heart-rate monitoring.
