With 24 levels of electronic resistance, users can easily adjust workout intensity for warm-ups, steady-state cardio, interval training and more demanding endurance sessions. The 18-inch stride length provides a comfortable range of motion, while the 5.7kg flywheel helps maintain smooth and consistent movement throughout the workout.
The X315 also features a 2-degree inward pedal slope, designed to help reduce joint strain during training. Adjustable stabilisers help keep the machine level on uneven flooring, while integrated transport wheels make repositioning easier when the workout is finished.
A 139mm blue-backlit LCD displays key training information, while hand pulse sensors support heart-rate monitoring.
